Planning/Calculating Runtime & Experimental Details

Hi All,
I'm trying to plan out some experiments for a 30plex panel. My samples range from ~1 mm cores, TMAs and whole slide scans. Does anyone have a handy experimental time calculator for the Hyperion? Or can point me to the best resource?

In my experience, acquiring at 200Hz takes a little under 2 hrs per 1mm^2

We have the same experience.

1mmx1mm takes about 1h50m-2h at 200hz, 500x500 about 25m (which makes most sense if you would have 0,6mm cores).
