HistoCAT reading mask as a channel, not a mask

Post by Channels » Thu Oct 03, 2019 3:46 am

Hi All. Have tried loading some new samples into a session and for some reason histoCAT is refusing to read my masks as a mask. It is coming up in the channels bar, and also nothing is happening when I click the "Mask on/off" icon. I created the masks in cellprofiler, and have been using the same pipeline I have used for other data sets which had no previous problems.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I started the pipeline from scratch again and the problem went away. Not entirely sure what went wrong since I didn't change anything. I'll leave the post up in case someone has the same issue in future.
