Histocat++ for windows?

Post by sbooth » Tue Jul 17, 2018 10:40 pm

Hi there, hope you are all well!

I have been using Fluidigm MCD viewer, Ilastik, Cell profiler, Histocat & Cytofkit to do IMC analysis thus far. But I was just reading in the forum that compensation & segmentation will be built into Histocat ++. I can't seem to find where I can download Histocat ++ and is there a version for Windows?

Thanks!
Steve

Dear steve,

The site is this:
http://www.bodenmillerlab.com/research-2/histocal-2/

I paste here the direct link too
http://www.bodenmillerlab.org/histoCAT_ ... oCAT++.zip

Unfortunately, there is no Windows version. That's were MCDViewer and histoCAT++ complement each other. Good news is that compensation and segmentation is not that will be included, they already are.

Best regards,

Raúl
