I was just wondering who is now the Administrator for AirLab. My colleague signed up for AirLab about 3 weeks ago and requested to join a specific lab but never got the access. Can somebody help who we should contact next? We actually sent an email to Raul Catena but have not got any response.

Hi Monirath,

this is Sergio from bblab; I'm currently managing AirLab for the Bodenmiller lab.

The public AirLab is still under Raul account; that's why I did not get the notification from your collegue.
I'll get in touch with Rauls as soon as I can so to make sure I'll get full control of the public AirLab as well and the pending request from your collegue be processed promptly.

Hi Sergio. My colleague, Joslyn, just joined our lab and wishes to be assigned to Merchant lab group. Her email is joslyn.foley@cshs.org. She just signed up on Airlab. Can you help add her to Merchant lab group, please?

Hi Monirath,

I see there are two Merchant groups:
- Merchant Lab
- Merchant Lab NRT 3509

which one ?
